Follow these easy steps.
1 Make a Folder and collect all your Pictures, Fonts, Files and a PDF viewer file
2 Compress the Folder
a. If using Windows use ZIP Compression ( www.winzip.com )
b. If using Mac use SIT Compression ( www.stuffit.com )
3 The compressed file should be no more than 60 MB or Less.
4 If your File is Greater than 60MB please copy all related files to a CD or DVD properly Packaged and send to us by the Shipper of your Choice.
You may also email us your files at orders@qualitypg.com. If emailing your order, please make sure you include the following:
Company Name
Contact Person
Telephone
Billing Address
Shipping Address
Credit Card Information or Method of Payment
Quantity of Order
Job Files
Please be patient. Some files require a certain amount of time to upload if they are large. This is normal.
Cancelling Jobs in Progress:
Due to our Quick Turnaround Times. All Orders are Final. We will try our best to cancel any order within 2 hours of the order being placed with a Telephone call placed to our Customer Service Dept only. But this is NOT guaranteed. We will NOT be held responsible if any Job that is printed after order has been placed.
Digital Printing vs Digital Copying
It’s Important to know the difference between Printing & Copying. We are Digital Printers with REAL ink. Not TONERS. Many of our Competitors compete with us using TONER based products that print waxy and squashed down crayon-like images that are produced on Copy Machines .We print REAL INK on a Printing Press at 300 Line Screen producing images realistic to Photography utilizing advanced and state-of-the-art digital PRINTING TECHNOLOGY . We encourage you to ask for Samples. Your Customers will be astonished and amazed at the Quality.
